Original Wembley theatre was built 70 years ago as a single screen Cinema Hall located in Kandy which is second largest city in Sri Lanka. The Cinema is a heritage property. We checked the feasibility of the structure & proposed 2 screen multiplex with 300 seating capacity, without demolishing existing structure.We also proposed two cafe outlets and a retail store to make it best financially viable option.Being a heritage property we have proposed face uplifting of existing building to make it look more contemporary.
